Learned counsel for the respondents contends that a Speaking Order dated 15.07.2025, has been passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Amritsar, as such, the order dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-11126-2017, has been complied with. Copy of the order dated 15.07.2025, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition.
