This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in CWP-14519-2022. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Deepak Ghanghas, Estate Officer, HSVP, Rewari has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say, the petitioners would always be at liberty to avail their remedies as available in law.
