The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.99, dated 22.09.2025 under Section 299 BNS, registered at Police Station Majithia Road District Amritsar.

This Court vide order dated 12.11.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 12.11.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Status Report filed by way of an affidavit of Gagandeep Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police (North), Amritsar City, today in Court, is taken on record.
