Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 130, dated 11.10.2024, registered at Police Station City Samana, District Patiala.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the fact that dispute has already been resolved and the petitioner has been released on regular bail by the trial Court, present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
