= Petitioner- Ashish Gill has filed this petition under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.254 dated 14.10.2025 under Sections 406 & 498-A of IPC registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar Rural.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner is ready for compromise and is also ready and willing to return the dowry articles.
