Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the daughter of the petitioner from Bal Gram Rai, near Motilal Nehru Sports School, 20th Mile, Rai Sonepat-131029, Haryana. 2.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
