***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) The present LPA assails the interim order dated 19.12.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No.34199 of 2024 whereby it had restrained the respondents (now herein appellants) from terminating the services of the writ petitioner (now herein respondent No.1) and had stayed the operation of the order dated 11.12.2024.

The appellant-University was a caveator and is yet to file its reply. It may file its reply and can also move an appropriate application for vacation of stay before the concerned Court, if need so arises, leaving it open for learned Single Judge to take appropriate decision at the relevant time, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the interim order NEETU RANI 2025.01.08 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
