Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for for about 4 months. He alleges false implication. He was not in a position to extend any favour to the complainant for registration of case against his father under NDPS and Excise Act, as he was not a part of the raiding party. Co-accused Jaskaur Singh and Kulwinder Singh have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 29.10.2025, Annexure P-1 and P-2 respectively, after being in custody for more than 3 months. Challan has been presented on 22.09.2025, however, charges have not been framed and in all there are 19 prosecution witnesses. The petitioner is not involved in any other case. 3.

The custody certificate dated 19.11.2025, filed by the learned State counsel is taken on record. As per the same, the petitioner is behind bars for 3

 CRM-M-64409-2025 (O&M) 2 months and 24 days.

4.

Learned State counsel opposes the bail on the ground that there are specific allegations against the petitioner of having accepted bribe, which was recovered from him in a trap case. However, he is unable to controvert the submissions with regard to stage, co-accused having been granted bail and the petitioner being not involved in any other case. 5.
