The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short, 'BNSS, 2023'), seeking directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair and proper investigation and to register an FIR under Section 291 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) against respondent No.5, on the basis of the representation dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted to the official respondents. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the present petition as well as the material available on record, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any inaction on the part of the authorities or by the grievance sought to be raised through the representation dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), he may avail of his alternative remedy, if so advised, or raise his grievance(s) before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sakiri Vasu v.
