This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of order dated 14.10.2025 passed by the First Appellate Court in CRA No.88 of 024 titled as Sat Pal v. Ajit Kumar, pending before the Court of Sessions, Pathankot, waving the condition of 20% compensation.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand since an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties. 3.
