(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.49, dated 21.03.2025 under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340 and 61 of BNS, 2023 anbd Sections 61(1)(c), 72-A and 63-A of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Haryana Amendment Bill, 2020) registered at Police Station Nathu Sarai Chopta, District Sirsa. 2.

Vide order dated 17.11.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 17.11.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
