This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 03.05.2024 passed in CWP-4445-2024. 2.

The order dated 03.05.2024 passed in CWP-4445-2024 qua which the present contempt is being alleged has since been stayed by the LPA Bench vide order dated 11.11.2024 in LPA-2765-2024. 3.

In view of thereof, no ground is made out to entertain the present contempt petition at this stage and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
