(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.151 dated 18.08.2025 registered under Sections 21, 22, 27(A) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, District Batala. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition on receipt of the FSL report with respect to the contents of the seized tablets. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
