This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.87, dated 23.09.2025, under Sections 318(4) and 61(2) of the BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Amir Khas, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 13.11.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 13.11.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
