The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging part of the order dated 22.09.2025 (Annexure P-30) whereby though both the suits have been transferred to the same Court, however, the same have not been clubbed together. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on instructions states that he would have no objection if both the suits are clubbed together. He, however, states that the suit filed by the respondent No.1 is now at its conclusion stage and the suit filed by the petitioner is still at its initial stage. Hence, he prays that the matter be decided in a time-bound manner. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, both the suits are clubbed together. The Trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide both the suits in accordance with law preferably YOGESH SHARMA 2026.01.28 10:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-8408-2025 (O&M) within a period of six months from today. Both the parties would be given four effective opportunities each to lead their evidence and the Trial Court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4.

Disposed off, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
