Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing official respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family. Further, a prayer has been made for taking strict legal action against the private respondents and others on the representations dated 21.07.2025 and 09.11.2025 submitted to the official respondents (Annexures P-1 & P-2). 2.
At the outset, it is pointed out by learned counsel that the correct date of representation is 09.11.2025 instead of 09.10.2025. Thus, he prays for necessary correction/amendment.
Ordered accordingly. Office to carry out the necessary correction in the petition wherever required. 3.
