This is a petition under Sections 10 and 11 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in CWP-15144-2022. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 05.12.2025 of Sh. Devendra Sharma, HCS, Estate Officer, HSVP, Panipat has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent has also handed over a copy of allotment letter dated 15.12.2025, wherein it has been stated that an alternate Plot No.58HP, Sector 8, HSVP, Panipat has been allotted to the petitioner in lieu of deleted Plot No.783P, Sector 8, HSVP, Panipat. The same is also taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners' states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.
