5 ! ' &!, < In furtherance of the said directions separate statements of complainant/victims Suresh Kumar, Karan, Deepak & Anish Kama and of accused Mukul, Parth & Mayur were recorded. The parties were duly identified. It has been verified that the compromise entered into between the parties to case is genuine, voluntary and out of fee will of the parties. Further, I.O. HC Naresh Kumar appeared and suffered a statement to the effect that on 24.10.2025 Suresh Kumar @ Kapil son of Prem Kumar, resident of Gandhi Dairy Colony, Hisar, presented a complaint against Mukul son of Sudhir, resident of Shanti Nagar, Hisar, upon which present FIR No.707 dated 24.10.2025 was registered under Section 324(6), 326(g), 326(f), 3(5) BNS at PS HTM, Hisar, against Mukul son of Sudhir, resident of Shanti Nagar, Hisar and two unknown persons. The IO stated that investigation is conducted by him, in which he has recorded the statements of three other victims viz. Karan son of
Girdhari Lal, resident of House No.754/B, Rajiv Nagar, Shobha Nehru Mahantvali Gali, Hisar, Anish Kamra son of Surender Kama, resident of House No.641/13, Multani Chowk, Hisar and Deepak Kumar son of Preetpal, resident of House No.493, Manphool Nagar, Hisar. The IO further stated that during investigation on 27.10.2025 accused Mukul has been arrested, who has disclosed the name of other accused viz. Parth son of Naresh, resident of Chandigarh and Mayur son of Sushil Kumar, resident of Delhi. The IO further stated that investigation is pending against these two accused. The IO further stated that both the accused and complainant are party to the compromise. Lastly, the 10 stated that the accused has not been declared proclaimed offender/person in any case and no criminal case or proceeding is pending against him. Further, the case is pending at the stage of awating challan. The copies of the statements and Orders of this Court are attached herewith for onward transmission to the Hon'ble High Court.= $
