Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.111, dated 25.06.2023, under Sections 365, 392 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal (Charges against the petitioner have been framed under sections 365, 392, 397 of IPC and section 25 of Arms Act). 2.

Learned State counsel has filed status report dated 31.01.2026 in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 3.

Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner is a habitual offender, having been involved in seven other criminal cases. It is further submitted that trial in the present case is at an advanced stage and is about to complete, as out of total 25 prosecution witnesses, 21 have already been examined.

Having been apprised of the stage of the trial, this Court deems it appropriate to refrain from adjudicating upon the prayer for regular bail as sought by the petitioner through the present petition. 5.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, in accordance with law.
