Since the marriage ceremonies of the petitioner are to be performed from 26.11.2025 to 28.11.2025, this Court finds it appropriate to release him on interim bail for a limited period for the said purpose. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail w.e.f. 24.11.2025 till 30.11.2025, subject to his furnishing personal bonds as well surety bonds by two sureties to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. He is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on 01.12.2025 by 05:00 PM, without fail.
