Petitioner Janaki Devi has filed instant petition under Section 482 of 
 

 


for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.106 dated 12.05.2025 under Sections 85, 316 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel representing petitioner referred to the order dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) vide which Janaki Devi, mother-in-law, was granted pre-arrest bail subject to the conditions as detailed in para No.10 of the bail order. It is pointed out that due to unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not join the investigation. Therefore, he has filed the present petition. On pointed query, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that till date he has not filed
