The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 23.05.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-5407-2025, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass a speaking order. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-5407-2025, reply by way of affidavit dated 11.12.2025 of Aashika Jain, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Hoshiarpur, along speaking order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure R2-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure R2-1).
