The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-15261-2024, whereby, respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass specific order. 2.
Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, letter bearing Memo No.11/34-2024 PGT-III(1) dated 09.02.2026 issued by the Director School Education, Haryana, Panchkula along with orders dated 02.12.2025 passed by Mr. Jitender Kumar, IAS, Director Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula along with letter bearing No.6/85-2025HRG-II(4) dated 12.12.2025 issued by the Director Secondary School, Haryana, Panchkula; and orders dated 12.12.2025, 17.12.2025, 12.01.2026 and two orders dated 16.01.2026 passed by Mr. Jitender Kumar, IAS, Director Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula; orders dated 07.01.2026 and 13.01.2026 passed by Ms. Kamal POONAM RANI 2026.03.26 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP-5680-2025 -- Preet Kaur, Additional Director Administration, O/o Director General Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula; order dated 05.03.2026 passed by General Manager, Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited, Chandigarh along with speaking order dated 11.03.2026 passed by Ms. Nitika Gahlaut, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Railways Haryana, A/Cantt. have been filed. Copies of the same are taken on the record and copies of the same have been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
A perusal of above referred to orders show that order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-15261-2024 has been complied with. 4.
In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid orders in accordance with law. 6.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
