The present petition has been filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0146 dated 03.10.2025 under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 351(2) and Section 76 (added later on) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Odhan, Police District Dabwali, District Sirsa.

Vide order dated 20.11.2025, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation are no longer required.

In light of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 20.11.2025 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 482 of BNSS, 2023.

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 6.
It is made clear that, in case, the petitioners are found involved in any such activity once again, the present concession granted shall automatically stand vacated.

It is further made clear that this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused.
