Learned Senior counsel contends that the petitioner, who was not named in the FIR, has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C., as an additional accused to face the trial. She is however, ready and willing to join the proceedings.

Keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on 04.12.2025 and furnish her bail/surety bonds.
