    56 7Learned counsel contends that allegations against the petitioner, 75-year-old, are of having transferred Rs.10,000/- to co-accused, Rahul, who had allegedly conducted a recce of the complainant. There is a delay of 3 days in lodging the FIR and after 9 days of the occurrence on 23.08.2025, supplementary statement was given by him with regard to the aforesaid allegations. The complainant made attempts to threaten the petitioner and his wife, regarding which CRWP9659-2025 seeking protection was filed wherein notice has been issued. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

At the asking of the Court,   

    accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and Mr. Mithul Singh Rana, Advocate, appears / 

2& on behalf of the complainant and made their respective submissions in opposition.

CRM-M-65027-2025 (O&M) -2Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 28.11.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, this interim order shall be deemed to have been vacated.
