This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of complaint dated 21.02.2022 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act registered as NACT-76 of 2022 pending before ld. ACJ (Sr. Div) Hansi and order dated 18.08.2025 whereby warrant of arrest has been issued against petitioner. 2.
