This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of complaint dated 21.02.2022 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act registered as NACT 75 of 2022 pending before the ld. ACJ (Sr. Div) Hansi and order dated 18.08.2025 whereby warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to appear before the trial Court and join the proceedings. He further prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Mr. Bharti Parsoon, Advocate appears and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is directed that in case the petitioner appears before the trial Court within a period of seven days from today at 10:00 A.M, he shall be granted bail on the very same date.
