Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.35 dated 11.10.2023 under Sections 21(c)/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, Fazilka, Intelligence Wing (CID), District Operations Cell, Fazilka. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand.
