The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.82 dated 28.07.2025 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga. 2.

This Court vide order dated 04.02.2026 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 04.02.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Gurcharan Singh, has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that he is no longer required for further investigation as of now. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 04.02.2026 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
