(ORAL) As is apparent from the order dated 07.03.2026 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Bathinda, the petitioner had surrendered himself in Court stating therein that he could not appear previously as he was suffering from AIDS, consequently, his mother-Charanjeet Kaur, who stood as his surety, was discharged, in view of which, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
