Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.156 dated 28.11.2024 under Section 22(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 27 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.
