(Oral) The present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.84 dated 11.04.2023 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [Section 392, 120-B of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 were added later on] at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana.

Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Sandhu, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the complainant and files his Power of Attorney. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.
