Since the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is to be performed on 29.11.2025 and his presence is obviously required for performing the rituals thereof, this Court finds it appropriate to release him on interim bail for a limited period for the said purpose. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail w.e.f. 27.11.2025 till 30.11.2025, subject to his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned and further subject to the condition that he shall not contact or extend any threat to the witnesses of the case in any manner. He is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on 01.12.2025 by 05:00 PM, without fail.
