Learned State counsel submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the secret information along with co-accused Sonu, who was apprehended at the spot with 790 grams of Opium, while co-accused namely Mewa Singh, who had managed to run away but also occupant of the car, implicated based on the disclosure statement and later arrested, has been granted regular bail, besides the main accused as also there are also call details between him and the co-accused, in view of which, ##11    1          2 11 3.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned MOHIT 2025.11.21 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
