(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.268 dated 10.06.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 3(5), 61(2), 62, 238(B). 49 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Sector 13/17 Panipat, District Panipat, however, the charges have been framed by the Trial Court only under Section 318(4) BNS vide order dated 17.10.2025. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
