This is a petition under Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of order dated 15.01.2025 passed in CWP-219352024. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Manjit Singh Cheema, PCS, Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Patiala alongwith a speaking order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure R-1) has already been filed by the respondent-State.

In view of the compliance report, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
