Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 07.01.2026 passed by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram, therein the petitioner is shown to be on bail and it has been recorded that learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he does not want to pursue the complaint and withdrew it.
