COCP-5724-2025 (O&M) dated 30.04.2025 has been illegally allowed and order dated 30.04.2025 has been set aside in Kalandra DD No.24 dated 13.07.2019under Section 145 Cr. P.C. PS Gharaunda, District Karnal.

Notice of motion for 12.11.2025.

Till then status quo be maintained."

It has been contended that after the order was passed on 12.08.2025, revenue entries have been changed on 01.09.2025 despite there being status quo order passed by this Court.

Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, Advocate for respondents No.4 & 5 would submit that already there was a Rapat Roznamcha dated 09.11.2021 on the basis of which the revenue entries have been altered on 01.09.2025 and thus submits that there is no change in the revenue record after status quo order passed on 12.08.2025.

In view of conceded position, it is ordered that the revenue record shall read as it stood on 12.08.2025 without there being any alteration. The revenue authorities shall ensure that the revenue record qua property be maintained as on 12.08.2025 when this Court passed status quo order.

Contempt petition stands disposed off.
