This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 20.11.2024 passed in CWP-17240-2023. 2.

Reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Punnerdeep Singh Brar, S/o Sh. Balkaran Singh Brar, Chief Engineer (Electrical), PSPCL, The Mall, Patiala has been filed on behalf of the respondents in the Registry, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the reply, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
