This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in CWP-15162-2005. 2.

A speaking order dated 07.01.2026 has been filed by learned State counsel today in Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the speaking order dated 07.01.2026, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. 4.
