This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 06.08.2025 passed in CWP-7003-2022. 2.

Learned State counsel has supplied a copy of letter dated 20.02.2026 stating therein that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
