Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.400 dated 18.10.2024 under Sections 191(3), 190, 49, 115, 118(1), 351(2) and 304 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 115(2)/304(2)/103(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, Haryana. 2.

Faced with the situation that the prime prosecution witness(s) are yet to be examined, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
