On being confronted with the fact that consequent upon the summoning of the petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C., the criminal revision was withdrawn on behalf of the petitioner so as to avail all the remedies before the trial Court, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. !
