Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the fact that in the present petition, certain averments made with regard to the number of the municipalities are factually incorrect, therefore, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to seek information in case, the same is needed by the petitioner by availing appropriate remedy under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
