* .  ,  Seeking quashing of the order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar, in the proceedings arising of case bearing No.NACT/2792/2020 titled as 'Sukhwinder Singh Vs. Sonia' whereby the application under Section 348 of the of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (Section 311 Cr.P.C.) filed by the petitioner-complainant was dismissed, the instant petition has been filed.

On being confronted with the fact that the testimony of Paras would not be relevant for the petitioner to prove his case, in terms of the averments as contained in the complaint, and that he cannot claim a right to examine Paras only to demolish a defence, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage so as to take all pleas before the trial Court. Disposed of as withdrawn with liberties as aforesaid.
