The prayer enclosed in the instant writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear in the 3rd semester examinations of the B.A. LLB Course, which are scheduled to commence on 04.12.2025.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner's Class XII certificate of marks is presently under verification by the competent authority, i.e., the Board of School Education, Haryana. It is stated that, subject to such verification, the petitioner had been permitted to appear in the previous semester examinations as well, and the respondents do not intend to prevent the petitioner from appearing in the forthcoming 3rd semester examinations.
