In the present case, on 28.11.2025, following order was passed:- "1.
Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of the cross case, i.e., DDR No.10 dated 04.01.2018 (P-2), registered under Sections 325, 506, 201, 34 IPC at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, arising out of FIR No.221 dated 28.12.2017, registered under Sections 324, 323, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana; and also for quashing of orders dated 20.02.2020 (P-4) and 22.11.2023 (P-3), whereby the petitioners have been declared as 'proclaimed persons', along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.02.2025 (P-8).

Both the petitioners are primarily residents of South Korea and Canada, and the instant petition has been filed through SPA. 3.
Whether such a petition would be maintainable or not shall be clarified by the petitioners' counsel on the next date of hearing. 4.
List again on 16.02.2026."
