(Oral) Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the execution petition, which was sought to be transferred, through the present transfer application, has since been transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar, vide order dated 07.01.2026, passed by the Executing Court. Copy of the said order is placed on record and a copy has also been supplied to the counsel for the applicant.

In view of the aforesaid order, counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
