# FIR No.185 dated 05.09.2025, under Sections 21(b), 27, 27(a), and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Cantonment, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar $ %&& ' ( ) *+ ,The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.185 dated 05.09.2025, under Sections 21(b), 27, 27(a), and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Cantonment District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner has been nominated as an accused on the disclosure statement of co-accusedHarpreet Singh and Sandeep Singh from whom 15 grams and 10 grams of Heroin alongwith drug money amounting to Rs. 450 & Rs. 500 respectively had been recovered. He contends that no recovery of any nature whatsoever has been effected from the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case and is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when so required. Notice of motion.

In the event of petitioner joining investigation, he shall be admitted to interim bail by the arresting officer/investigating officer on furnishing of bail bonds by him to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer.
